Duralife Pre-diluted 50/50 Antifreeze / Coolant is an ethylene glycol/water based formulation. It is ready to use without adding water. This product protects all metal surfaces within the cooling system including solder, copper , brass , steel, cast iron, and aluminum. The effectiveness of the coolant is improved by the anti-foam properties which works by preventing air bubbles from forming and interfering with the coolants ability to cool.
