DURALIFE EMULSIFIABLE METAL CUTTING OIL is specially formulated for application in machine shop cutting all types of ferrous and non-ferrous metals . It has exceptional emulsion stability and anti-corrosion properties . Inhibited with biocides to reduce bacterial growth and its very low foaming makes DURA LIFE EMULSIFIABLE METAL CUTTING OIL ideally suited as a economical long life coolant in central circulating systems . DURA LIFE EMULSIFIABLE METAL CUTTING OIL in water gives a stable milky white emulsion .
APPLICATIONS:

DURA LIFE EMULSIFIABLE METAL CUTTING OIL is suitable for fast speed cutting, grinding, drilling ,etc. Depending on the severity of the operation, the following general guidelines may be used :
Machining Operation
Milling, Turning and Drilling
Rough Cutting
Grinding
Recommended Dilution
1:15 to 1:30
1:10 to 1:20
1:40 to 1:60
Note : Metal-Cutting Oil should be added to water and not vice versa to prevent an invert emulsion

Continuous contact with used oil has caused skin cancer in animal tests. Avoid prolonged contact. Thoroughly wash exposed areas with soap and water. Keep out of reach of children.
